Daniel J. Barrison concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, commercial financing and day-to-day business counseling with a particular emphasis on structuring and implementing medical practice affiliation transactions. Mr. Barrison has extensive experience in numerous areas, including product distribution, manufacturing, software development, technology licensing, secured lending and equipment leasing. Mr. Barrison attended Syracuse University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, with honors in 1980, and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree, with honors, from Temple University School of Law in 1984, where he was also a member of the Temple University Law Review. Mr. Barrison is admitted to the Bars of the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and American Bar Associations, Vice Chairman of the Accounting Matters Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and plays an active role in various other bar association activities, including lecturing on various business issues. Mr. Barrison is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Adoption Center.
