Melissa R. Birnbaum is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Birnbaum served as an associate at a law firm in Newark, New Jersey where her practice areas included commercial and business litigation, products liability, employment, and personal injury actions. Prior to private practice she served as a law clerk for The Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Superior Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Birnbaum graduated from Rutgers College in 1999 and Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2004, where she participated in the Hunter Moot Court Competition and volunteered for the Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project and Volunteers for Income Tax Assistance. She received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
Ms. Birnbaum is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
