John Hanamirian concentrates his efforts in the area of Tax and Corporate transactional matters and Federal and State Civil and Criminal Tax Controversy and Litigation.  Mr. Hanamirian also focuses his practice on representation of businesses and their individual owners in providing day-to-day business advice, negotiating transactions, corporate annual meetings and retirement planning.  Mr. Hanamirian received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University, his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.  Mr. Hanamirian is a former Attorney Advisor for the United States Tax Court.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation, Committee on Formation of Tax Policy and Committee on Civil and Criminal Tax Penalties.  Mr. Hanamirian is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.
