John W. Kohl has developed particular expertise in structuring business entities such as Limited Liability Companies, Corporations and Partnerships; Corporate and Individual Tax Planning, Pension Plan Design, and Estate Planning. Mr. Kohl's background includes employment with Arthur Andersen & Company and Laventhol and Horwath, two internationally renowned public accounting firms, prior to joining our firm. He received his B.S. Degree in accounting from LaSalle University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Temple University and his Law Degree from Villanova University School of Law. He also received his Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University. Mr. Kohl is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida Bars. He became a member of the Florida Bar in order to accommodate many of the firm's clients who have retired or otherwise relocated to Florida in such matters as Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Mr. Kohl has lectured extensively in the areas of Corporate and Individual Tax, Retirement Planning and Estate Planning.
