Angelique Kuchta joined Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky
in 2004 in its Real Estate and Business Law practice. Prior to joining
SSKR&P, Ms. Kuchta was the law clerk to the Honorable William C.
Todd, III in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Following her clerkship, she
worked closely with a respected, retired judge in his arbitration and
mediation practice, while at the same time practicing law in a general
litigation firm. Ms. Kuchta graduated from the Dickinson School of Law
at the Pennsylvania State University in 2001, where she was the Comments
Editor of the Dickinson Journal of International Law. Her article, A
Closer Look: The United States Senate's Decision Not to Ratify the Comprehensive
Nuclear Test Ban Treaty was selected for publication in the Winter
2001 edition of that publication. Prior to law school, Ms. Kuchta attended
Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she graduated Cum Laude and
was a Provost Scholar.
Ms. Kuchta is admitted to
practice in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in the
United States District Court for New Jersey. Her professional memberships
include the Camden County Bar Association, the Atlantic County Bar Association
and the Vincent S. Haneman American Inn of Court. In April 2004, she
will join the Support Center for Child Advocate cause as a volunteer
attorney in that organization, helping underprivileged children.
