Gary W. Levi is a seasoned practitioner who represents and counsels clients in business and commercial real estate matters. His clients include entrepreneurs, early stage technology companies and real estate developers. He received his B.A. Degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut in May 1974. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Rutgers School of Law (Camden, New Jersey) in June, 1977. He is a published author of materials relating to commercial real estate, including "Safe Sailing Through the Unchartered Waters of Equity Leases," published in Probate and Property [an American Bar Association magazine], March/April, 1991, and "Exculpation of a Ground Lease Tenant," Ground Leasing [a program of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law], August 1992. He is the former co-chair of the Real Estate and Finance Department at a prominent Philadelphia law firm, where he also served on the Executive Committee and the Associates Committee. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
