Sheri L. Pecarsky is an associate in the firm's Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration Department. Ms. Pecarsky concentrates her practice on Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration, Probate, Charitable Giving and Elder Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pecarsky worked in private practice in Philadelphia, PA, where her practice areas included estate planning and estate and trust administration, elder law, property subrogation litigation, products liability and personal injury actions. Ms. Pecarsky graduated Phi Beta Kappa, receiving her B.A. Degree in Political Science, History and the Spanish Language, Magna Cum Laude, in 1993 from Muhlenberg College. Ms. Pecarsky attended the Temple University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1996 and served as Vice President of the University’s National Moot Court Team.
Ms. Pecarsky is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Ms. Pecarsky is active in the Jewish Federation for Southern New Jersey and is a member of the Camden County and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
