Mr. Podolnick’s primary area of practice is divorce and family law. Mr. Podolnick provides effective legal representations for his clients considering and proceeding through divorce and facing post divorce issues. Mr. Podolnick is a seasoned and effective advocate and knowledgeable in all aspects of Family Law including issues of divorce, separation, asset protection and preservation, financial support matters, paternity, custody, domestic partnerships, domestic violence, guardianship, adoption, visitation, substantial estates, complex tax aspects, and other challenging legal issues. Mr. Podolnick is also skilled and experienced in post judgment matters such as increasing or reducing alimony and child support due to changed circumstances, enforcing property settlement agreements and related court orders, addressing parenting scheduling issues and other related matters. Mr. Podolnick also has substantial experience in negotiating and drafting pre-nuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements.

Matthew Podolnick also practices complex commercial litigation, including dissolution of medical practices, commercial collection and construction law. Mr. Podolnick also obtained substantial experience in commercial real estate development, buying and selling businesses, and corporate transactional work including mergers, dissolutions and preparing various corporate documents. His background in transactional law coupled with his litigation experience renders Mr. Podolnick's skills and training quite valuable.

Mr. Podolnick received his B.S. Degree from Syracuse University School of Management and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Detroit. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Podolnick gained significant business experience by working in corporate offices for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. After law school, Mr. Podolnick was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable George L. Seltzer, Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division, Atlantic County. He is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and active in the New Jersey State and Camden County Bar Associations.
