Steven M. Podolsky, a member of the Management Committee of Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky, concentrates his practice efforts in the area of Real Estate law. Mr. Podolsky represents real estate developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial properties throughout the State of New Jersey and also represents several financial institutions in the southern New Jersey area in connection with their real estate and asset-based lending transactions. Mr. Podolsky is a 1966 graduate of Western Reserve University where he received his B.A. Degree. He attended Rutgers University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1969. Mr. Podolsky is a member of the New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1969.
