Bob Schwartz concentrates his practice in the Real Estate, Banking, Business and Corporate areas. He has significant experience in all facets of a sophisticated real estate practice including acquisition, sale, financing, work out, and leasing work, in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Schwartz represents real estate investors, developers and property management companies, lending institutions and owner operators in his varied real estate practice. Mr. Schwartz received his B.S. in accounting in 1984 from Ithaca College and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1987 where he graduated with honors. Mr. Schwartz was a member of the Board of Editors of the Villanova Law Review. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations.
