Thomas J. Tamburelli specializes in health law and contracts.  He is the firm’s lead health law attorney.  His representative clients include professional practice entities, individual health care professionals, and licensed health care facilities.  In his practice, he:

• Provides counsel with regard to the federal and state health laws that affect health care practice and business arrangements;
• Prepares, structures, reviews, and negotiates health care business and transaction documents including health care services contracts, hospital contracts, professional entity buy-sell and operating agreements, health care professional employment contracts, health care practice combination and sale agreements, health care joint venture arrangement agreements, and management/administrative services contracts;
• Counsels and represents health care professionals concerning Professional Board licensing matters;
• Reviews and advises clients on third-party payor issues including managed care contracts.

Mr. Tamburelli was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas S. O’Brien during the 1984-1985 Court Term in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.  He received his undergraduate degree in 1981 from Hamilton College and his Juris Doctorate in 1984 from Villanova University School of Law.  Mr. Tamburelli is admitted to the federal and state bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the State Bar Association’s Health and Hospital Law Committee.  He is also a member of the Camden County Bar Association’s Health Law Committee.
