Gary W. Levi is of counsel to the Firm. He is a seasoned practitioner who has built a reputation as a client-centered problem solver, consensus builder, and deal maker.
Mr. Levi counsels clients in myriad business and commercial real estate matters, and is particularly adept with complex transactions. He works with entrepreneurs, early stage technology companies and real estate developers, owners, and investors.
Mr. Levi also has private business experience--from start-up through sale--as Senior VP/General Counsel of a successful healthcare communications/consulting firm. This real-world background enables him to understand a client's business objectives, and take a practical yet strategic approach to practicing law.
Before joining the Firm in 2000, Gary was co-chair of the Real Estate and Finance Department at a prominent Philadelphia law firm, where he also served on the Executive Committee and the Associates Committee.
