• Debtor and creditor relationships, including representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Real estate disputes, agreements of sale, joint venture/partnership agreements, contested foreclosure proceedings, and leases.
• Alternative dispute resolution via negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

Mr. Cohen's client base is also notably diverse; he has, for example, represented:

• One of the country's largest real estate developers in a dispute with a government entity.
• National owners and operators of parking lots.
• Plaintiffs making claims under ERISA (the federal law regulating pensions).
• A large marine terminal operator.
• Condominium complexes.
• Owners of hotels and conference centers.
• One of the largest commercial lithograph printers in the Delaware Valley.

Mr. Cohen began his law career as a Deputy Attorney General in New Jersey.
