Matthew A. Tucker is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Group. Building on an impressive academic career, he has rapidly gained recognition and respect among peers, opposing counsel, and judges as a diligent and resolute advocate.

Mr. Tucker handles a broad range of litigation in state and federal courts. His cases involve the following:

• Insurance Law, including first-party insurance coverage actions.
• Employment -related disputes.
• General commercial litigation, including commercial lease-related issues.
• Personal injury cases.
• Bioethics and clinical trials litigation.

Mr. Tucker is also the Firm’s primary criminal and municipal defense attorney.

Before law school, Mr. Tucker worked as an Amendment Coordinator in the New York office of Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where he assisted the Firm’s Structured Finance & Derivatives Department.
