Sherman Silverstein’s Landmark Work in Health Law & Bioethics Featured in Two Recent Publications

Sherman Silverstein’s work on Human Subject Research Litigation was highlighted in two recently published books. "Health Law & Bioethics," by Robin Fretwell Wilson, published by Wolters Kluwer, includes a chapter discussing the case of Jesse Gelsinger against the University of Pennsylvania. The case involved the death of an Arizona youth engaged in a gene therapy experiment.

The second book, "Chasing Medical Miracles," by Alex O'Meara, published by Walker Books, describes attorney Alan Milstein as the "king of the small but growing band of clinical trial attorneys."
