Angelique Kuchta is a shareholder of the Firm. She achieved this plateau only four years after she joined the Firm in 2004.
The primary focus of Ms. Kuchta's practice is real estate. She regularly handles:
- The acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of commercial real estate.
- Commercial real estate financing (including construction loans), representing national and regional financial institutions and borrowers.
- Public finance. Ms. Kuchta has represented lenders and borrowers in transactions with local redevelopment agencies, the Housing and Urban Development Agency, and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency.
- Zoning and land use matters, representing real estate developers before municipal and county boards.
Ms. Kuchta's expertise extends beyond real estate. She is also adept at general business matters, corporate governance matters, and secured commercial lending transactions, representing lenders as well as borrowers.
Before joining Sherman Silverstein, Ms. Kuchta was the law clerk to the Honorable William C. Todd, III in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Following her clerkship, she worked closely with a highly respected, retired judge in his arbitration and mediation practice, while at the same time practicing law in a general litigation firm.

Abstract: This article examines the effects of the United States Senate's decision not to ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty during a time of escalating nuclear tension between India and Pakistan over the land of Kashmir in 2001.

Volunteer counsel and court-appointed guardian for abused and neglected children, through the Support Center for Child Advocates. Duties include:
- Ensuring that the best interests of the children are being met, and that the children are placed in appropriate homes and receive appropriate care and services.
- Working with social workers to monitor the children’s needs and progress and determine the best long term goals for their care, including reunification, adoption, or other custodial placement.
