Mediation is a confidential process to resolve disputes between parties outside of the court system. Mediation, as a form of alternative dispute resolution, is a voluntary process based upon the parties' common interests and understandings. Arthur J. Abramowitz

Arthur is a shareholder of the firm. He has litigated hundreds of cases. Most recently, Arthur has represented the 62 parishes in the Diocese of Camden bankruptcy and the mesothelioma Creditors Committee in LTL Management LLC, which was spun off by J&J.

Arthur has served as a mediator in scores of cases, including bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation matters. Arthur has served on the panel of approved mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey since its inception in 2014. Arthur is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.

Having represented Trustees, Committees, Debtors and other parties in interest in adversary proceedings, Arthur has a unique experience and perspective in focusing on material issues that have enabled him to settle the most difficult of cases.

Anne Cantwell

Anne Cantwell is a member of the firm’s Real Estate department. She has broad-based experience in commercial and real estate matters and in bankruptcy litigation, as well as land title insurance claims and litigation. Ms. Cantwell has served on the panel of approved mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey since its inception in 2014. She has been appointed to mediate adversary actions in the context of bankruptcy matters, both by judicial appointment and party selection. She has a proven track record in assisting litigants to define and narrow issues involved in complex litigation and to achieve mutually determined resolution of adversary matters.

Bruce Luckman

Bruce is a shareholder of the firm. He has been lead trial counsel in jury trials in state and federal courts throughout the country and has represented parties in disputes concerning restrictive covenants, real estate, commercial contracts and partnership break-ups. He has deposed countless Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) industry witnesses and experts, as well as consumers.

Bruce has also been lead counsel in over 100 mediations and settlement conferences in over 25 state and federal jurisdictions. The cases include FCRA vendor disputes, FCRA and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act individual and class actions, commercial litigation, and business divorces. He recently received a certification after completing the Harvard Law School Executive Education intensive 5-day mediation program in Cambridge, MA.

Matthew Podolnick

Matthew Podolnick is a shareholder and a member of the Firm's Management Committee. He concentrates his practice in the areas of divorce and family law. Mr. Podolnick offers his mediation clients a blend of legal knowledge, business sense and compassion. He is resolution oriented and committed to helping people avoid court and the costs, financial and otherwise, associated with litigation. Because of these notable skills, Mr. Podolnick can help his mediation clients navigate to a speedy conclusion to a difficult time In their lives.

Jeffrey Resnick

Jeffrey Resnick is a shareholder in the litigation department. He has significant experience handling all phases of commercial litigation across the country, tried jury and nonjury cases and argued appellate matters in State and Federal Courts. He has served as a private mediator and arbitrator for over 15 years.
