Benjamin M. Bell

Benjamin Bell is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Business & Financial Services Group. Benjamin’s practice consists of a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and general corporate counseling.

During his time at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Benjamin had the opportunity to co-op at a nationally recognized law firm in their corporate department, and a blockchain and cryptocurrency law firm, where his focus was on entity formation and researching regulatory matters.
Benjamin is also a teaching fellow at his law school alma mater for the Advanced Legal Analysis and Bar Skills course. In his free time Benjamin enjoys traveling with his wife and reading about U.S. history.
