Ashley S. Nechemia

Ashley is an associate in the firm’s real estate department. Ashley represents clients in a variety of transactional arrangements, including purchase and sale agreements, real estate financing, and commercial leasing.

Ashley represents commercial and residential buyers and sellers, real estate investors and developers, and other owners and operators of office buildings and shopping center. Her extensive experience includes negotiating agreements of sale, assisting in due diligence, resolving title matters and counseling clients through closing. Ashley has also represented lending institutions in financing transactions.

In addition, Ashley has considerable experience in general corporate counseling, including advising clients on the structuring and organizing of business entities and day-to-day business operations. She is regularly called upon to draft or review contracts of every type and form.

Ashley is passionate about helping others. She is an active member of South Jersey Women in Business, a local networking group. In her free time, Ashley keeps busy with her large family of five siblings and nine nieces and nephews. She enjoys fitness and traveling with her husband and two children.
