COVID-19 Notice

Is your office currently open during normal business hours?

Yes

When and how can I contact you?

All attorneys can be contacted by email, calling the main number and leaving a message if you do not get the receptionist and by calling their direct telephone numbers and leaving a message if you do not get the attorney at that time.

What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?

Zoom.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. Our law firm is open and fully operational. We are attending to our existing and new clients no differently than prior to COVID-19.

How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?

The attorney working on your matter will be in communication with his or her clients as needed to provide information and answer any questions. Our attorneys are working diligently every day to ensure our clients' needs are met.

Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can't come to court because I'm sick or quarantined?

New Jersey state and federal courts are open. All business is being conducted via telephone and in some instances by video technology. No court appearances are taking place. The New Jersey and federal courts are working hard to maintain schedules, except for trials which are not taking place. Some Judges are postponed scheduled dates but not ignored. Pennsylvania courts are open on a more limited basis and the extend of access varies from county to county.

Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?

Litigation is moving forward. Depositions, mediations and arbitrations are not taking place live, but are being conducted by way of video. If appearances are necessary, based on the particulars of each litigation, those events will have to wait until the stay-at-home orders are lifted.
