Meet Jonathan

Jonathan Gremminger is a shareholder and member of the Firm’s corporate, business and financial services practice group. He regularly represents clients in business sales and acquisitions, financing transactions, general corporate counseling, and commercial real estate transactions. He has represented corporate clients from a diverse range of industries including restaurants, manufacturers, tour operators, and real estate brokerages.

As part of his corporate practice, Mr. Gremminger advises clients on a variety of transactional arrangements such as service agreements, contractor and subcontractor agreements, and equipment purchase agreements. He also advises clients on the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, including preparation of organizational and planning documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws, and buy-sell agreements.

Mr. Gremminger also has extensive experience in real estate matters. As part of his real estate practice, Mr. Gremminger has represented buyers and sellers of real property including negotiating purchase agreements, assisting in due diligence, resolving title issues, and counseling clients through closing. He has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing arrangements including leases for office, retail, and shopping center space.

Mr. Gremminger is a member of the Historic Preservation Commission for the Borough of Haddon Heights. Mr. Gremminger is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 1958 (Haddon Heights). He served as a military policeman in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and deployed to Afghanistan as a police mentor in 2010.
